Titan Carat has completed a deal to buy stakes in the Lane. From Titan Carat will buy the 62% stakes of Lane in 357.25 crore rupees. Makwoyri has sold 5.59% stakes in PTC India Financial Services. Nava Bharat Ventures Board meeting is scheduled on July 22. The bonus issue will be considered at the board meeting. On an annual basis in the first quarter of fiscal 2017, DCB Bank 47 net profit rose marginally to Rs 46.9 crore. On an annual basis in April-June quarter interest income of DCB Bank has been increased from Rs 140.4 crore to Rs 177 crore. PNC Infra Projects has bagged Rs 881 crore highway hybrid annuity project.
